how our program works

Our Program teaches students how to successfully manage their money.

Each Student will be a Team Leader by running their own Cash-Back Business. The Team Leader will create a team of 7-10 adults with one or more cars. Their team members will download the apps provided to purchase gas, groceries, and special sale items from the dorm room mall on holidays.

Through the Earn As You Learn program, students can potentially earn $400- $600 per quarter by selling products and participating in a cash-back program. Our Earn As You Learn program has significant earning potential for students.

Dormrooms4U Scholarship

Students enrolled in our Earn As You Learn Program will be elible to apply for our Annual Scholarships.Â

Program requirements:

Take a minute to read the program requirements.Â

  • Checking Account Management

Students must maintain a $50-$100 balance in their Capital One account.

  • Financial Reporting

Submit a Financial Report. Preparing and learning financial planning and management is vital to running a successful business. A Parent must sign off on the report.

  • Financial Institution

They must familiarize themselves with Capital One’s financial information and submit a financial report annually.

  • Donations

As part of the program, students will donate 5 dollars to their school and 2 dollars to a charity designated by the school through a voting process.

  • Investment

The Student will make one investment each year as part of the program requirement.
